Direct Primary Care creates an ongoing place for preventive care, everyday health concerns, medication management, and follow-up, so your health does not only get attention when something goes wrong.

What your care includes
Your annual physical is a chance to check in on your overall health, review changes, and stay current with age-appropriate preventive care.
If something needs a closer look, we can help determine the appropriate next step.
When something comes up, you have a place to start.
We can evaluate common illnesses, minor injuries, new or changing symptoms, and ongoing concerns that do not require emergency care. When additional testing or specialty care is needed, we can help guide the next step.
Your medications should continue to make sense as your health changes.
We can review current prescriptions, manage refills when appropriate, discuss side effects or concerns, and make adjustments as part of your ongoing care.
Primary care works best when it is not limited to a single visit.
We can follow changes over time, revisit previous concerns, and keep your care connected as your needs evolve.
Additional Primary Care Services
Annual Labs & Review
$150
Annual lab work with provider review and plan development. We look at the results in context, discuss any changes or concerns, and identify follow-up steps when needed.
Full Skin Check
$150
A comprehensive skin check to review areas of concern and identify anything that may need closer evaluation. If a biopsy is needed, there is an additional $60 pathology fee.
Add Primary Care to a Larger Plan
Qualifying Bundle Add-On • $40/month
For patients already building a larger relationship with Alternative Aging & Wellness, Direct Primary Care may be added to qualifying programs at a reduced monthly rate.
