    Basic Membership

    $50/month

    The simplest way to become an AA&W member. Get all of the membership benefits above without enrolling in one of our larger care or treatment programs.

    Basic Membership is a good fit if you want year-round member benefits and preferred pricing without enrolling in a larger treatment or care program.

    Already enrolled in another AA&W membership? Basic Membership is included, so you do not need to purchase it separately.

    Basic Membership is $50/month with a 12-month commitment, totaling $600 for the year.

    Member discounts are based on that annual commitment. If membership is ended early, discounts already received are forfeited. Eligible services and treatment packages are recalculated at their non-member price, and any remaining balance becomes due at cancellation.

    HRT Care

    Women $135/month 

    Men $145/month

    Basic Membership Included

    Ongoing hormone replacement therapy with predictable monthly payments, continued monitoring, labs, and future pellet treatments built into your membership. into your care.

    Your initial pellet treatment is paid upfront:
    • Women: $450
    • Men: $625

    Monthly care payments begin one month after your initial pellet treatment.

    Those monthly payments pay forward toward your ongoing HRT care, so when it is time for your next pellet treatment, it is already covered by your payments.

    New HRT patients may have a $150 initial lab and assessment fee.

    Includes:

    • Ongoing pellet-based HRT for the membership year
    • 4 HRT treatments annually, based on the current treatment schedule
    • Labs and monitoring included

    HRT Care includes Basic AA&W Membership benefits and is structured as a 12-month care plan.

    HRT & Intimate Wellness

    $260/month 

    Basic Membership Included

    An intensive first year of hormone and intimate wellness support. This program combines HRT with Emsella and Alma Duo, front-loading treatment early in the year and continuing support as your body responds.

    • Ongoing HRT, labs, and monitoring
    • 18 Emsella treatments
    • 8 Alma Duo treatments

    Treatment begins with HRT, giving your body time to begin responding to hormone optimization.

    Your initial Emsella series also begins with:

    6 treatments | 2 treatments per week for 3 weeks

    Alma Duo begins after the first month of HRT.

    8 treatments during the first year

    • Initial series: 6 treatments, twice weekly for 3 weeks
    • Follow-up treatment around 6 months
    • Follow-up treatment around 9 months

    18 treatments during the first year

    • Initial series: 6 treatments, twice weekly for 3 weeks
    • Continue with approximately 1 treatment monthly
    • Frequency may be adjusted toward the end of the year as needed to complete the treatment plan

    The intensive first year is designed to establish treatment and provide focused support early on. After completing the program, patients can transition to ongoing HRT care.

    Follow-up labs are included. Additional Emsella, Alma Duo, or other intimate wellness treatments can be considered based on your individual needs.

    B.O.M.B. Medical Weight Management

    $500–$800/month

    Basic Membership Included

    A supported medical weight-management program built around more than the scale. Every level includes weekly injections, body scan + coaching, supplement support, Wellness In Motion, and monthly Emsella. Higher levels can add weekly Lipo/NAD+ support, NEO twice monthly, or both.

    Every B.O.M.B. level includes the core program:

    • Weekly injections
    • Body scan + coaching
    • Supplement support
    • Wellness In Motion
    • One Emsella treatment each month

    These core pieces stay with you regardless of which level you choose.

    Core B.O.M.B.

    $600/month
    Core B.O.M.B. + weekly Lipo/NAD+ support

    Core B.O.M.B. + NEO twice monthly

    $800/month

    Weekly Lipo/NAD+ adds another layer of metabolic and wellness support alongside the core B.O.M.B. program.

    NEO treatments twice each month can complement body-composition, strength, recovery, and overall wellness goals.

    This option is included at the $700 and $800 levels.

    Membership Details

    AA&W care memberships are designed around continuity and are structured as 12-month commitments unless otherwise specified.
    Your monthly payment supports the ongoing care, treatment schedule, and membership benefits included in your selected plan.

    Your care plan may change based on your response to treatment, clinical needs, or provider recommendations.
    If a treatment needs to be delayed, adjusted, substituted, or discontinued, we will work with you to determine the appropriate next step within your care plan.

    Membership benefits and discounts apply while your membership is active and do not stack with promotions, package pricing, or other special offers unless specifically stated.
    Cancellation, payment, and early-termination terms are outlined in the agreement for your specific membership or program.
